The construction project Telli B & C in Aarau involves the energy-efficient refurbishment of a residential complex consisting of 24 buildings and a total of 581 residential units.
The project
The housing estate was built in the 1970s and no longer meets today's safety and sustainability standards. The owner is therefore renovating the buildings to make them energy-efficient and fit for the future. Among other things, windows, doors and balconies are being renovated. This will reduce heat consumption by half in the future; in addition, the living comfort for the tenants will be significantly improved.
A special challenge: the renovation of the residential buildings is being carried out while they are occupied.
BCL is responsible for updating the construction logistics planning and for the execution of construction logistics.
