The Schwabinger Tor construction project, located between Leopoldstraße and Berliner Straße, is a huge residential, office, gastronomy and hotel complex - a city within the city.

The project

The property is considered a gateway to urban diversity. As a pioneering model project, the residential concepts there - under the guiding principle of the "sharing economy" - offer a platform for communal use instead of ownership. An app makes it possible to share objects, meals and support services, such as car sharing, with each other.

The development will be complemented with up to 50 office units, as well as a hotel use with a design-oriented ambience, including an associated spa, restaurant, rooftop bar and cafés.

The main tasks of BCL consisted of construction logistics planning with ongoing updating and execution of construction logistics. The project area is crossed by the newly constructed tram line between the stations Münchner Freiheit and Parkstadt Schwabing. This results in an increased control and coordination effort in delivery logistics.
