Under the name PANDION OFFICEHOME The Grid, a new commercial building for offices and restaurants was constructed in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.

The project

The building ensemble, which offers around 13,000 square metres of office space spread over five floors, not only boasts striking architecture, but also offers environmentally friendly solutions, such as a moss wall in the gateway, a green inner courtyard and a roof terrace. Furthermore, various charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes are available as well as a large number of bicycle parking spaces in the underground car park. In terms of sustainability and resource conservation, the new building received the DGNB pre-certificate in gold.

PANDION is building another commercial courtyard opposite at Prinzenstraße 89 under the name PANDION OFFICEHOME The Shelf, on which BCL was also involved as construction logistics provider.

BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning, for the updating of this and for the execution of construction logistics.
