The special feature of Luisenpark, compared to similar facilities such as zoos or amusement parks, is its combination of playgrounds with vivariums as well as plant show houses within the framework of a spacious park.
The project
Luisenpark is located in Mannheim's city centre. The construction project is divided into five individual projects, which are being realised in parallel and during ongoing operations. Both demolition and new construction work is taking place.
BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning (work phases 1 to 4).
