The KÖ-Bogen II project, part of a major inner-city project, is located in the heart of Dusseldorf. The building is located between the Dreischeibenhaus, the Schauspielhaus and the new Liebeskind buildings and is an attraction for shopping fans.

The project

A special feature of this 6-storey building is the stepped greening of the façade and the green, accessible pitched roof. Both give the impression of floating gardens. A lot of glass and white natural stone round off the harmonious overall impression of the building.

BCL is responsible for the construction logistics planning, for the updating of this and for the execution of construction logistics.
