The office property was the prelude to the expansion of the «Am Hirschgarten» quarter to the west towards the Munich district of Nymphenburg, which OFB Projektentwicklung already sold to Allianz Estate in 2017.
With a total lettable area of around 42,000 m², the office space was almost fully let in 2020, which speaks for the high quality of the building - especially due to its sustainable energy management, which makes efficient use of both district heating and groundwater.
BCL was responsible for the update of the construction logistics planning and for the execution of the construction logistics.
Special challenges: this is a complex construction project in the immediate vicinity of a recreation area and with a high volume of delivery traffic in the vicinity of the construction site.
