In the Goetheviertel in Frankfurt/Main, an representative eight-storey building was realized in the period from 2017 to 2020.

The project

The Junghof Plaza was originally built in 2003 and extensively remodeled from 2017 according to the plans of Henning Larsen Architects and given a new land use. In the run-up, the old building was partially demolished, whereby the three basement floors, the underground parking garage as well as the staircases including the elevator shafts were preserved and integrated into the new building.

The result is a building complex with ultra-modern offices, a hotel, retail and gastronomy areas.
