The office complex has direct access to the main railway station, which creates ideal conditions not only for employees but also for arriving business people. The three office towers are connected via the covered plaza. Below this are the basement levels, where the technical and storage rooms as well as the underground car park are located.
The building, developed by SIGNA, was transferred to Allianz Real Estate GmbH in 2017.
BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning, for the updating of the construction logistics planning and for the execution of construction logistics.
Special challenges: this is a complex, inner-city construction project with cramped conditions on and around the construction site.
