The 140 metre high tower, with its glass facade and overhanging balconies, houses exquisite rental and owned apartments from the 24th floor upwards. The lower floors contain a hotel with a wellness area and conference rooms, the entrance lobby, and the underground car park. Between the respective usage units (residential and hotel areas), a technical floor has been integrated to separate the two areas.
