Global Tower, Frankfurt/Main, Germany

Global Tower is a high-rise building in Frankfurt's banking district with a listed façade, a height of 110 metres and a total of 30 upper floors (27 floors + 3 technical floors).

The project

It was built in 1974 and has been undergoing extensive renovation since 2018. The existing building and the newly added auditorium (3 storeys + 1 technical storey) will first be made self-sufficient, gutted and then contaminated before conversion and extension.

BCL is responsible for the construction logistics planning, for the updating of the construction logistics planning and for the execution of construction logistics.
