The large office and commercial building ZOOM is located directly at the train station "Zoologischer Garten" and is surrounded by the multi-lane Kantstraße, Joachimsthaler Straße, Hardenbergstraße, and the railway viaduct of Deutsche Bahn. The main entrance to the building is located at the corner of Kantstraße and Joachimstaler Straße, and with its prime location, it is perfectly connected to the public transport network.

The project

Before construction work began, the existing buildings were demolished. In their place, a modern six-storey building with two basements was erected, including an underground car park with 35 parking spaces, as well as office and retail spaces.

BCL was responsible for both the construction logistics planning and the execution of the construction logistics.
