On the site itself there are several buildings, some of which are connected and belong to the headquarters of the company Giesecke + Devrient GmbH. Furthermore, there is an underground parking garage below the site which can be accessed from the east and west. By separating the project area, «DER Bogen» is being built on the western part. For this purpose, parts of the existing buildings as well as a section of the underground car park will be demolished in advance and a large part of the area will be cleared.
A multifunctional complex with modern work, communication, gastronomy, shopping and fitness areas is to be created. Completion is scheduled for spring 2024.
