The project was a revitalisation measure of a listed brick building with historical significance in Berlin-Tempelhof.

The project

The building complex, consisting of seven floors above and below ground, was comprehensively refurbished between 2019 and 2021 and equipped with the highest safety standards and state-of-the-art building services.

After completion of the construction measure, the property was handed over to the current tenant and was sold to a new owner.

BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning, for the updating of this and for the execution of construction logistics.
