The u-shaped office building comprises four floors. Around 550 employees will benefit from a modern working environment with high-quality equipment, spacious work areas and an inspiring view of the River Wupper. Green terraces and inner courtyards create additional recreation and meeting zones that promote interaction, collaboration and biodiversity.
The building sets new standards in terms of sustainability: it is equipped with a photovoltaic system on the roof that generates electricity. A modern heating and cooling system optimizes energy consumption and thus minimizes the ecological footprint. This underlines Vorwerk's commitment to responsible and resource-conserving management.
