The new building «ONE FORTY WEST» is a so-called hybrid high-rise with mixed use, which was created on the site of the former AfE Tower in the Westend district of Frankfurt/Main.
The project
The 140 metre high tower, with its glass facade and overhanging balconies, houses exquisite rental and owned apartments from the 24th floor upwards. The lower floors contain a hotel with a wellness area and conference rooms, the entrance lobby, and the underground car park. Between the respective usage units (residential and hotel areas), a technical floor has been integrated to separate the two areas.
BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning and for the execution of the construction logistics.
